Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NRI Retire Wise (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for personal financial planning by non-resident Indians and other multi-jurisdiction professionals.

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in (we use magic links and OAuth — no passwords to leak).
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter; the planner's output is only as good as its inputs.
• You may have one account per email address.
• You may delete your account at any time via the Privacy center.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law (including financial-advice / consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction).
• Upload anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data, or to bypass security measures.
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Service in a way that disrupts it or other users.

Your retirement plans, profile data, and any inputs you provide remain yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, store, and process this data solely to provide the Service — never to sell, rent, or share it with third parties for unrelated purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.

You can export and delete your data at any time from the Privacy center.

• The Service has a free tier (limited to 3 saved plans) and a paid Pro tier.
• Pro is billed via Stripe. Prices and billing cadence are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel any time — your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you've been charged in error, email support@nriretirewise.com.
• Taxes: prices may be exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms (especially the Acceptable Use clause), with notice where reasonably possible.

NRI Retire Wise is an informational tool, not personalised financial advice. Outputs are estimates based on assumptions you can edit. Real returns, taxes, inflation, and life events will differ. Always consult a qualified, regulated advisor before making material financial decisions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement), to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NRI Retire Wise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, savings, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NRI Retire Wise from and against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE <<verify: specific emirate / court — to be confirmed during legal review>>.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the Service and / or via email if you have an account. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
